the staff were awesome, especially michelle and sonia! the suite was huge and cozy, felt so nice to chill there. the food was really tasty and the bar area was super comfy for post-dinner relaxation. it was a lovely surprise to have a birthday treat for my partner waiting in the room. we had a blast with the staff, they made our stay extra special.
only downsides were that the room got a bit warm at night and there was some noise from kids next door. maybe a bit more soundproofing would help?

The beautiful grounds surrounding Sella Park made it feel like a fairy tale. Wandering through the lush gardens was delightful, and the accessibility for seniors ensured I could enjoy every moment without any struggle. Such a charming escape!
More seating available in the dining area would help.

Stunning natural surroundings, historic charm, spacious communal areas
The industrial noise from the nearby plant can be quite intrusive, making relaxation a challenge!!! The limited accessibility due to the lack of a lift can deter guests with mobility issues.

Had a fantastic stay with a beautifully clean room and a delicious breakfast that kept us fueled for our day. The lovely garden and cozy lounge were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day exploring. Just a heads up, the surrounding traffic can be a bit much at times, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making my experience truly special. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the evening meal was not only large in portion but also delicious, particularly the steak. my room, though clean and comfortable, felt a bit dated in decor, and the WiFi connection was intermittently weak during my stay.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The character of this historic property is simply captivating, with spiral staircases and exposed beams that transport you to another era. I enjoyed the spacious Double Room, where comfort met quaint elegance. Plus, the homemade local dishes were delightful, especially the fish and chips—I can't wait to return for more!
